Vacation and Holiday
Vacation accrues monthly and increases based on years of service.
Regular, full-time employees receive ten scheduled, paid holidays and one paid personal day each calendar year.
Eastman offers eligible parents adding to their family by birth (including surrogacy) or adoption to take up to 4 weeks of paid Parental Leave.
Eastman provides unlimited unpaid vacation which may be taken in conjunction with or before regular paid vacation. Due to business needs or resources, some areas may restrict or prohibit the use of unpaid vacation.
