Employee & Family Assistance Program (EAP)

Just when you think you have it figured out, along comes a challenge. Whether those challenges are big or small, Aetna EAP: Resources for Living is available to help you and the members of your household find a solution and restore your peace of mind.

The EAP is a confidential resource that can help you and the members of your household identify and resolve problems 24/7.

EAP representatives can help you find counseling services or direct you to a variety of resources in your community and online. Up to six face-to-face sessions with a specialist in your area are available at no cost to you. EAP also offers free telephone wellness seminars.

The EAP can provide support for a variety of issues, including:

  • Drug and substance abuse
  • Emotional problems such as anxiety, depression, anger management, eating disorders and more
  • Work-related issues
  • Grief counseling
  • Marriage and parenting concerns

Adoption Assistance

The Adoption Assistance Plan reimburses you for eligible adoption expenses (including agency fees, court costs and legal fees) up to a lifetime maximum of $30,000.

Care Support Resources

Through Eastman’s partnership with Bright Horizons®, team members can access care support resources for the entire family, including elder care resources, caregiver search tools, nanny placement services, virtual academic support, pet sitters and housekeepers.  The program also includes discounts and priority enrollment for services, free basic background checks on Sittercity, and an enhanced background check and motor vehicle check at discounted rates.

Employee Discounts

Through an online discount portal, employees can access rewards and perks on thousands of brands and a wide variety of goods and services.

Service Recognition Awards

Eastman recognizes the committed service of employees at every five years of service.

Tuition Assistance

Eastman’s Tuition Reimbursement program assists employees with the cost of obtaining a degree from any accredited school/institute that will benefit both the employee and the company. Employees must meet certain criteria.
