Pay for Performance

Rewards and Recognition

The Employee/Team Recognition program is designed to recognize significant accomplishments of an employee or team in a timely manner. These awards are given to an employee or team for specific results beyond normal expectations for a job or project. Service Recognition Awards are also presented to employees at every five-year milestone with the Company.
